GM Recall 2010 – Power Steering Problem Recalls 1.3 Million GM Vehicles

Detroit,Michigan March 2, 2010

General Motors says it has to recall 1.3 million Chevrolet and Pontiac compacts sold in North America because of a power steering issue. The affected models include Cobalts, G5’s and G4’s.

GM says the cars are still safe to drive, but may be harder to steer when traveling under 15 mph. The company will notify owners when to bring there cars to the dealer got the repairs to be made.
